add bananas and honey
Drink one serving of Zeal Wellness mix

Life Choice Protein Bar (Peanut butter extreme) 21grams of protein and deliciousness

Workout-
1.Cardio Intervals: Incline at 1.0, Walk 3.5 mph for 1 min, Sprint for 30 sec, hop off and do any kind of calisthenic for 30 sec
~ repeat for 12 min increasing incline by 1.0 each set
2. 3 sets of 10 dips
3. 3 sets of 10 pull ups
4. Stairmaster Intervals.  level 7 for 30 sec, level 12 for 30 sec.  
~Repeat for 5 min.
5. Stretch and go home

Lunch-
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 slice of organic no hormone deep fried turkey breast (found at farmers market in collinsville)
1 slice of brick cheese
Lettuce
Mustard
Olive Oil Mayonnaise

OMG! WOW! O NO! I ATE TURKEY! 

lol here's some breaking news! I am now allowing a little meat into my diet.  I've found my body has been craving it so it must need it.  THANKFULLY the farmers market down the road serves deli meat that has no hormones or any junk in it.  I forgot the name of the brand but they have it posted on their deli meat section.  It's delicious and the animals aren't abused!  We get all of our cheese, meat, and produce from this place.  So affordable...Oh and their greek yogurt from a local farm in Trenton is to DIE for!
